Mr. Kellermann is an accomplished attorney who has handled a wide-range of real estate transactions including real estate negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, 1031-exchanges, financing, construction, and management and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. Mr. Kellermann focuses on providing clients, brokers and other stakeholders with diligent, value added multi-disciplinary legal services which have made him well respected in the field. Mr. Kellermann prides himself of “being a deal maker; not a deal breaker.”

In addition to real estate law, Mr. Kellermann has represented clients in the sale and purchase of businesses by means of both asset and stock sales, and has also engaged in other varied corporate and general business transactions. Mr. Kellermann has advised clients as to the formation and ongoing maintenance of business entities, and in the analysis of the proper type of entity for the particular transaction. Mr. Kellermann also assists clients in the negotiation and preparation of a full range of contracts and agreements that may be encountered in business and commerce.

Mr. Kellermann was born in Miami Beach, Florida.
